Charleston, WV – Feb 2, 2024 – Join us on March 11, 2024, for an exciting celebration of civic education at the WV Culture Center, State Capitol Complex. Engage with experts, enjoy hands-on activities, and network with fellow enthusiasts.

Highlights:

  • Engage with the Experts: Enlightening presentations by renowned leaders from diverse fields such as:
    – WV Supreme Court Chief Justice Tim Armstead
    – U.S. District Court Judge Irene Berger
    – WV Secretary of State Mac Warner and Senator Randolph (Portrayer)
    – WV Education Department Officials-Tanya Baldwin and Erika Klose
    – WVEA President Dale Lee and AFT President Fred Albert
    – Student Leaders-Ella Waters and Michael Niggemyer
  • Hands-on learning with voting machines and a Constitution scavenger hunt.
  • Complimentary box lunches and mileage reimbursement for one vehicle.
  • Collaborative learning environment uniting students, teachers, and community members.
